I’m Ash, founder of Pitch and Prep - a football and nutrition coaching service built for everyday players who want more from their game, without the pressure of performance culture or rigid gym routines.

I’ve spent years around the game I love - playing, studying, coaching, and now helping others grow their confidence on and off the pitch.

What have I noticed?
So many grassroots players were trying to improve, but felt stuck.
They were unsure how to train effectively, didn’t know what to eat before a match, and felt like they didn’t belong in spaces that could be seen as being designed for elite athletes or fitness fanatics.

That’s where Pitch and Prep comes in...

I offer relaxed, practical, structured coaching sessions that focus on your own unique aims - whether that’s to improve and enhance your footballing skills, build your stamina, or learn about how the right nutrition will help you with your game.

With regards to Sports Nutrition, I bring in realistic fuelling advice tailored to you.
It's not going to be 10-supplements-a-day type of advice - I’m talking about actual meals, snacks and drinks options that are proven to help you with your game (and that won’t make you spike and crash)... including half-time/post match recovery advice.

There will be no pressure, no judgement - and no shouting or demoralising of any kind - just real genuine support, smart training, and a coach who listens and cares.
