Coaching is always tailored to the individual player or group, whether the focus is skill development, fitness, confidence, enjoyment, or improving overall understanding of the game.

Q: Is goalkeeper coaching available as well as outfield player coaching?

Yes - coaching is available for both goalkeepers and outfield players.

Goalkeeper sessions can focus on areas such as handling, positioning, distribution, footwork, reactions, and confidence, while outfield sessions can be tailored towards technical skills, movement, fitness, decision-making, and overall game understanding.

The aim is always to create a relaxed, supportive, and comfortable environment where players feel encouraged and able to enjoy their football coaching experience.

All coaching equipment is provided unless discussed otherwise beforehand.

Absolutely - any and all guidance is based on current sports nutrition research and applied coaching experience.
