We strictly require the consent of a parent or legal guardian before collecting any personal or medical details regarding a participant under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children directly
(all intake must go through a parent or guardian).

Payments Security

For paid sessions, transactions are processed exclusively via Cash or Direct Bank Transfer.

Pitch and Prep does not collect, store, or process credit/debit card numbers directly on our website or servers.

We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.

Unresponsive Enquiries: If you get in touch but do not end up booking a session or stop replying, your messages, emails, and contact details are permanently deleted after 6 months.

Active Clients: We retain participant names, parental contact info, and attendance records for the duration of your training with us and for a standard period thereafter to comply with business insurance guidelines and financial record-keeping laws.
